I love working with graduate students and recent PhDs on the academic job market. I especially enjoy collaborating with clients from beginning to end—from creating a search plan to crafting a cover letter to prepping for the on-campus interview to celebrating (or mourning) the outcome. I make no guarantees, of course, but clients are typically offered at least one first-round interview.

I demystify the job search, edit your job documents, and prepare you for interviews. I also hold space for the emotions that inevitably come up as you navigate a job market for which there are insufficient jobs. I also assess your CV and tell you what steps you need to take to be more competitive.
